As we move through 2026, those quiet costs have found their voice. We’ve all felt it... the way a simple lunch or a tank of petrol pinches just a little harder. In the boothing world, this inflation ripple effect means everything from rental fees to raw materials has climbed. We are all simply navigating this environment together.
When I first started, this was and in many ways still is a hobby. Because of that, I’ve often viewed my expenses not as losses, but as a marketing investment for my soul. Those booth fees bought me front row seats to a beautiful community and real life connections with lovely people from all walks of life. That is the essence of a hobby: doing something because it enriches your life, even when the financial math doesn’t perfectly math.
Looking back at that expense ratio, I’ve realised it wasn’t just the price of a booth. It was the price of my evolution. A year later, my work has grown. My hand printed tees and accessories now carry a print quality I couldn't achieve a year ago. My techniques have been forged through trial and error, making every piece more durable and long lasting.
I am no longer the beginner I was in February 2025. I am giving you my best work, and that best has officially levelled up. Thank you for believing in my Version 1.0. Moving forward, I want to keep my craft accessible and my heart in the right place. This means choosing quality over frequency and boothing a little less often so I can always bring you my best.

Are our products priced to your budget?
Thank you for seeing the value!
It means the world that you recognize the heart and hard work put into every piece.
I totally hear you! 🌸
I love making things accessible and often give 'warmth discounts' because I value our connection.
Knowing that 49.53% goes to the booth helps me stay practical, while your support keeps me inspired. 💖
From the start, my prices weren't designed for big profits. They were designed to keep the lights on and the ink flowing. Even when costs rose, I often hesitated to raise my prices. I gave discounts because I valued the person standing in front of me more than the margin. I wanted my handmade items to find homes with people who truly loved them.
I still hand print every single item, but I do it now with the skill of someone who has spent a year in the trenches. I am no longer the beginner I was in February 2025. I am giving you my best work, and that best has officially levelled up.
But I didn't get here alone. To everyone who stopped by my booth to chat, to the fellow makers who shared their snacks and their secrets, and especially to those who bought my early pieces... thank you for supporting my Version 1.0. Your belief in my work back then provided the tuition I needed to become the maker I am today. You didn't just buy a product, you invested in my growth.

As I move into this next chapter, I’m still holding onto the values I started with. I want my handmade items to stay accessible, so I’m not looking to change my price strategy at any time. But to keep this sustainable and make it manageable, something has to shift. I don't have all the answers yet, but my first step is being more selective... which means I’ll be boothing a little less often. I’m still figuring out what the perfect balance looks like for 2026. It’s a dance between being a maker, a business owner, and someone who just loves to create. For now, I’m choosing quality over frequency, making sure that whenever we do meet at a booth, it’s a moment that’s worth it for both of us. Thanks for walking this path with me as I find the right rhythm.
Sharing the back story of this design that launched at the mark of this one year boothing journey. It isn't just about the fabric or the print but a reflection of the three things that have kept me going...
